Exel wheel quality?
Monday, March 21, 2005 3:06 PM
anyone have any knowledge as to wether Exel wheels are any good. Ive read on other boards that some say they lack quality, but I was hoping some of you guys could tell me if this is accurate, and if their are any personal experiences with bending rims, or anything like that. any help is appreciated.

dont forget that we have some of the worst roads here in buffalo. not sure if it really matter what rims you buy with them. aluminum is aluminum and steel is steel

i have the option of :

225/40/18
215/35/18
235/40/18

what do you guys suggest?

also, anyone whos bought wheel/tire combos off wheelmax, what kinda tires are in the combo?

225/40/18 would throw the speedo off the least. Thats what I would go with.

use 225/40/18's, and ask for kuhmo's or something for tires, seeing as they normally put on some @!#$ty ass nankangs.

i was gonna, but decided it wasnt really the look i was going for. now that i put the cf hood on, im thinking these in gunmetal will be the best flow.

but i change my mind every day, so by the end of tonight, it could change
