you'll have no issues with rubbing on a stock suspension, the tire size that you want with an 18" rims is: 225/40/18
you will even be able to give it a decent drop without rubbing.

Actually 215/40/18 with a 4 inch drop will work with no problems. I have a set of Falken Z rated series. They have less then 800 miles on them, they sell for 153 a piece and I am selling them for 250 and that includes shipping. I got 19s when I redid the car and they are just sitting in my garage. Let me know LERecords if you are interested.

Silver with gunmetal would be oh so clean. Go with a 225/40/18 and there will be no problems with driveability or suspension issues at all.
