Do you have a picture of your car? What body kit do you have? What size rims are you wanting them in?
Without knowing any of those things I would say the second one. . .
but I don't know what they would look like on your car so I can't really say for sure

to me i would say go w/ the second and nothing smaller than 17's. after a mild drop 17s could look good. also remember the rims are going to look smaller than you think since both sets have a lip on them. i would say get 18s. i think 18s look perfect on js
