215/35/19 Good Cheap Tires

OK, So I am still waiting for my rims to get here but now I am tire shopping. I want a decently good set of tires without spending too much. Cause either way I will have to replace them sooner or later anyways, Mind you I don't do burn outs and only drive in the summer (all conditions and not that much like maybe 2000 kms at most). I was looking at the ones with the highest tread rating so I was eyeing up a set of Pirelli P-Zero Neros (they have a UTQG rating of 400-AA-A which was the highest on the site I am buyign them from). But for abit cheaper there is a set of Falken Azenis ST-115'S. I am completely stumped...does anyone have any comments or complaints about either of these tires or can suggest some good ones?
Thank you!

I'm definatly happy with my Nitto 555's 225/35/zr19 and they got an extra Lip like deal that helps protect the rims from those little pot holes....

I know Nitto has there new tire out the Neo Geo's I heard they were great!..
They make them in 215/35/zr19 u may look into those
