I used to have 40mm rims but i'm in the market for new ones.
I thought 40-42 was pretty standard. I have 40 and it rolls fine

i posted a pic in the FAQ.. goes up to 42, but starts way lower....
I'm of the "higher is better" persuasion since if you get them too high, you can always adjust with a spacer but if you go too low, you're SOL. I have special needs due to my brakes though.
