225/45R17 good size ?

I always hear to put 215/45/17 on a cavalier but i got a set of 225/45/17 would i still be good ?

btw my car always rubbed i dont know what or where when I turn the feels completely to the left with 215/60/14 (what could it be ? )

215/45/17 should be ran, they are the closest in size to the stock tires (205/55/16)

I have 215 on my rims now. I should probably have 224 on there.

incorrect

225 is the closest to stock. all the answers to tire size are in that post at the top of the forum. whatever is closest to ZERO is the most accurate tire size.

i got 225/45/17 toyo's, there the closest to stock and perform great. would never go any lower
