I don't like either of them but out of those, I'd say #1 too.

I like the black rims better. Im not a fan of the extra lug nut holes. They look stupid.

Black rims aren't getting played out, hearing " black w/ polished lip" is getting played out. I mean hell does anyone that says that even look at the style of the wheel? They never mention that.
