Well I picked up a set of hub-centric rings in hopes of resolving what sounds like a bad bearing or belt in the tire.

Now I'm clueless with weather it's a bad bearing or a belt. I'm leaning towards a belt just because the noise started once the rims and tires were put on the car. The sound seems to be at it's loudest around 60km/h - 80km/h.

Any input would be very appreicated
