Back Seat Interior Panels

What does it take to get these out? I know pulling the back seat is somewhat part of it but still sketchy on the rest.. Well first of all I should say I need to get in there to try and push a dent out that is behind the passenger side door... So can I even access the dent from inside or not? I looked around a little and searched but nothing turned up, I only saw a few pics of gutted interiors but none of what I'm needing to look at. Thanks for any info & a picture if somebody has one???

The dent I need to get out... Bad angle, but dent puller cant get suction, and dont want to use stud gun or slide hammer if I don't have to.

should only have to remove the seat, the seat belt bolt, and the cloths hanger, then the whole thing should snap out.

Yup, I had to shake it a bit before it snapped out but it works.
