ok I got a 97 cavy for a guy at work and the power windows do not work both. I have checked the fuse and I replaced the swich there is power geting to the swich. but the windows will not go up or down? what are the chances that both motors whent out at the same time ? how about the pcm dose that controle the windows in any way?

ok..take the door panel off..disconnect the plug that goes into the window motor..using a digital multimeter (btw set it to 20A DC) push the positive and negative probe in the plug in and push the window motor up or down (btw make sure the power to the car is on) ..if it read anything then there is power to the motor....to test the motor itself..(ok beware this is kinda ghetto) take a battery charger...put a nail/screw into each one of the gator clips and push it into the window motor side of the plug in..if it doesn't move those arms..it doesn't work
