Mustang style shifter?

Anyone try to do the kicked back stick like I see in a lot of Mustangs where it bends in two places to place the knob closer to the driver?

I've got short arms. LOL Seriously, I like the way it looks, and if I've got something in the cupholder, I crack my knuckles on it in 1st.

Ahh, just take u'r stock shifter rod and put it ina vise then bend it a little then move up the shifter rod a bit more and bend it back so that it is parallel to the straight part. I dont think u could do it to a chopped shifter rod though. (too short) I dunno, I would do it this way though, I know the rod is steel but hey with some muscle anything will bend.
P.S. If it screws up though, not my fault It's just what I'd do

you can remove the shufter assembly, cut off one side of the split peices, drill two holes, bolt on a top section of a mustang shifter, and youre done. Well thats expensive but if you are lazy do it that way.
Id do what justin says but its easier if you heat it up, ALOT EASIER!
But like he says im not responsible for any mistakes. Lata
