I did a search and I am getting really confused. I am looking to do a interior swap on my cavalier. Its 1997 and I want to get a 2004 Sunfire dash. So my question is what am I gonna need I already know that I will need the dash pad, dash "cage", guage cluster, and door panels. Is there anything else that I am going to need? Is the air bag gonna work with my system?
If some one could make me up a shopping list for all the stuff Im gonna need that would be great
you need the wiring harness for the gauge cluster too. i just remember someone else saying that. otherwise thats all i know that you don't already have listed.

do I need the whole harness or just the plug and rewire it in. thats the feeling that I got from previous posts. and also I really need to know about the air bag system since the insurance company will need to know that. be picking up a dash this week.
your air bags will work nthey are the same

what am I going to need to make the odometer work will I need any special box or any thing for this or will all the wires work for it. I know that I will need to have a shop reprogram it but will the wires work for the digital as well
you need the ventilation duct
digital clusters = straight plug and play
^^^ thats what i am told....when i switched to a sunfire dash in my cavy i had an analog cluster so dont get mad if that info is wrong
