I wonder if we're talking about the same thing.... Okay, here's my dilema, I have an aftermarket power window kit. Don't ask what type b/c I don't have the slightest idea!! Got it installed at a local shop... Anyway, the switches are crap so I picked up some factory switches from the dealership. That being said, I don't have the stock wiring harness. I want to try & wire my stock switches to my aftermarket kit but i don't know what each of the little pins at the bottom of the switches control. I tried to guess once but I could only get the windows to go either down or up before I ended up screwing up something & burning up my wires....

Anyway, how can I find out what each of those pins control?

if the right pic is up in the middle is a light hole and there to tabs that are used up + - 5 to go well two are use to make the window go down and two to go up 1 left that would be i think a ground i gm made the hole but never but lights in there

Here is a pinout from the factory switches. Note the letters correspond to the factory diagram. I know there is a secondary connector but that is for 4-doors and I dont have that at the moment.
