Can you be more specific on what you mean?
Wide Body Progress
If you just want to use the old ones as a mold, tinfoil or wax paper will do the job. Anything more substantial and you probably want to make a mold from foam and drywall mud.

sorry for not being more specific. i wanting to put some 6 1/2's where the kick panels are but glass them to where they are angled out, so the foam or mud is what i guess i'm looking for. thanks.
OK--neat trick to get a round mold (like for speakers) is to find an old plastic contanier like ice cream or margarine or whatever so long as its the right size or slightly larger.
wax the inside of the container, then fill it with "great stuff" or some other epanding aerosol foam (home depot or any hardware store has it in the insulation area). Then just sand/file/rasp/carve it to shape. coat with mud, sand smooth and wax for a release agent.
MUCH easier than trying to sand a round mold out of square blocks.
Just dont get the idea of hot-carving that stuff---its urathane foam and gives off cyanide gas when heated. Strictly a cut/sand/file type deal.

ooppss--forgot to add that when you fill the container, make sure you put in a loop of string or a pipe cleaner or something to get hold of so you can ge the mold blank OUT of the container without destroying it. (dont ask how I know that
