Did you actually use paint on the headliner or dye? Hopefully dye, but anyways with the sun visors you could dye the fabric on those or rewrap them in another color.

i dont have any pix, but i used the saem vinyl dye on the visors, so everything is black now. Then i painted the mounts yellow. They look great.

I dyed mine with the same stuff as the headliner. Headliner is great.. visors.. not so great. For some reason they started fading really quickly around the edges. I need to take the out and touch them up again.. though I had to spray the dye over the "glue" left behind from the god-forsaken airbag labels.. so it doesn't look very good anyways. I'll most likely just end up going to Jo Ann's fabrics and getting some nice black cloth material like that of the headliner and recovering them.. it'll look far more clean in the long run.

Does cloth really come out good with that vinyl/fabric spray paint? Because when I think of any spray paint going on cloth, i automatically assume it's gonna harden and come out rough, I used that paint on a steering wheel and I dunno...i just don't see how the cloth or fabric could still remain soft.

It comes out kinda crunchy on the headliner, however I don't plan on sleeping on it any time soon.

Tape off the mirror.

An idea for where the airbag sticker is, is to dye the visor then make some kind of vinyl sticker to put over it. Run by your local sign shop and give the graffic designer an idea and he can come up with something you can just place over the airbag sticker.

i just did this yesterday. the mirror actually pops off no problem, and if you take the visor off the arm, its alot of fun trying to get it back on there. Also i thought sprayed them pretty good, but some of the edges are starting fade slightly...i had to go back over them a few times. ill try to get some pics of my headliner and visors soon.

i painted my sunvisors and headliner firstly as well. it looked good for a couple weeks but then after that they started fading alongs the edges as well. so i went to the junk yard and picked another set then i wrapped the headliner and visors in material. looks like it came from the factory that way.

heres pics of the headliner i can find any of my visors.

not hard at all. just got to make sure that you cover all areas with the spray adhesive. i dont know exactly right off hand how much material i used. as you can see in the first pic i left the rubber trim piece off of the moon roomf much cleaner look to it that way

zero - i dont have mirros, so that wasnt a problem
as far as the mounts, i just wrapped the visor in a plastic bag and sprayed with kylon fusion, then cleared it, they chipped a tiny lil bit when i put them ack in but they still look good

i sprayed my headliner charcoal gray to match and i also sprayed the visors, what i did is i taped off the sticker and the mirror, i think it came out great just time consuming with taping it off
