would the blitz front bumper line up with the bmx sides on a 95-99 cavalier??

no..the blitz is ugly anyway, try a BMX front...
then i have a ? on the bmx front for the 95-99. Do the front bumper lights mount in the bumper or not. i have seen pics with some having them and others not.

dont do blitz... i hate it and i have it
blitz is the ugliest kit on any car. especially the cavs. that front is so boxy it doesnt flow w/ the lines of a cav at all
