I am doing a 2000 center consle/e-brake handle swap in my 98 Vert. Wanted to know if anyone knows if the e-brake handle assemblies are a direct swap. Do you need 2000+ cables?
I'm pretty sure that they're exactly the same. I swapped a leather wrapped one out of an older (1996 I think) Sunfire GT into my 2000 Cavalier and then into my 2002 Z24. Went in with no problems.
