Are the HVAC panels interchangable between 95-05? I want to find a sunfire panel for my cavalier. I was gonna make a junkyard run and pick one up. I was just curious.

Not 100% sure, but I believe they were changed for 03+ models.
can anyone else chime in on this matter?

03 was changed. the blower off was switched form the blower selector to the fan speed selector 95-02 are still the same though
