The dash would be in the problem but you can take the dash and most of hte hardware underneath it and just do a whole dash swap. can't remember whose all done it but you can do a search on it.

Here's how it looks to do a 2001 Sunfire interior in a Cavy...

To keep the dash and swap the door panels would involve alot of custom fiberglass work...but I'd like to see someone make it fit.

i thought you could put fire door panels in a cav because they fire panels dip away from the dash. but you couldnt put cav panels in a fire because they would hit the dash. neither would flow 100% but the fire in a cav would work.?

correct me if im wrong.

Nope...I thought they'd work too. So I rerouted my dealer installed power door solenoid (they just slapped it on there) and took off the metal armrest bracket (it gets in the way of the Sunfire door panel) and got everything installed perfectly.

Closed the door....or attempted...and theres a spot on the lower half of the dash on the Cavy dash that sticks out and bumps on the Sunfire door...leaving it about 4 inches from closing.

Sucked to figure out too...cause I had to take it all apart and reinstall the Cavy panel before I could go to bed. (this was at 11 pm mind you).
