Thanks, Yeah there is a HUGE gap. Not sure if its because of the conversion or the bumper since the place I got the bumper from 2 of my friends did too and they worn't sized right at all! I may either throw a small grill in or do some glass work before I do the final repaint for the summer!
All you need is mesh for that front to hide your filter and youll be set(of course after you get the skirts and rear)

First of all its 03+ not 00+, and how does it not look right? The body is EXACTLY the same except for the front from 95-05. The only difference front model to model is the headlights and then on the 03+ the hood and fenders are diff.....
The only reason it doesnt look good is cuz the front bumper is 4 inches lower than the sides and rear.

Did you ever get the headlights wired up right for the high/low beams... I did the conversion a few weeks ago and took us forever but figured it out... hit me up if you need some help with it!
OK, I know about the huge difference in the front and the rest of the car. Like I said, I'm still working on it. I'm getting skirts and a rear in the next few weeks, I got the fenders already, soon to have a drop and some rims from sponsors (THANK GOD THOSE WERE KILLIN ME TOO!) and a paint job. Hopefully get this all done before summer officially hits!
As with the 99 conversion, like I said before, it was a good deal cause a buddy of mine was selling some parts off his car and it worked. I used to have a 00 and love that look dont get me wrong. But when it comes down to not having alot of money and being happy with how things look now, I'd rather have a little more to spend! But hey, maybe a future project could be the 00!

i think he knows its an 03. he was just sayin' that the 00 would look better with the 03. looks good and all but im not a big fan of getting stuff painted before your done. you should have waited to get the rest of the kit. the hood looks awesome though. i love cf on white or silver cars. all you have to do now is get the rest of a rid and lower it.

As for the paint, I totally understand where everyone who told me its a dumb idea is coming from. My car broke down on the way to Tuner Wars a few weeks back, my Dad picked it up and took it to the shop to get fixed, also had them paint the fenders, which I needed new ones of cause the guy I got them from beat the living hell outta em and put the Blitz bumper and painted that. Plus they fixed all hood, the gap was bigger!
We need to fix the hood! Maybe if you bring it tomarrow to get the skirts we can see what I can do about it
