i was thinking about powdercoating it........but then i talked to a few people and they said i could use an acid etch and prime it...and then just have the body shop next door to me paint it a matte black.......should i get it powder coated? or will having a body shop paint be ok....i do however have a phenolic 2.3 HO adapter flange in between so hopefully that will minimize the heat exchange....

El Fuego's comment was probablly taken out of context. Thats whats so hard about forums. He could of said that statement "not much of a teaser with your sig." in a friendly manner, but it could also be read as a wise @$$ remark. Its all in how Philio z24 took it when he read it.

I would not powdercoat it, If it were me I would send it off to Jet Hot for a nice head coating

whoops..... i was thinking the intake manifold........yeah i am definatley sending the turbo manifold to jet hot to get coated.............

yeah your right...i did take it in a wise @$$ remark sort of way....but im over it and apologize........but i see were you could take that comment in two ways.....
