24hrs of hard work to make a ummmm Steering wheel?
Saturday, September 09, 2006 2:31 PM
Like i said im basicaly just roughing everything in, then going back and finishing it all. The dash is nowhere near complete (the frame, let alone the finishing), theirs going to be a couple diff. 3d layers on top of the dash holding tvs, gauges, ect.!

Looks a little thick like it might be unconfortable on your hands. Other then that the overall apperance looks great. Keep up the good work.

he already has to jump in and out of the car... how can u look "gangsta" doing that?

Off topic.. Have u even fixed the body gaps yet for the front? if not i'd say you need to focus on that too cuz it looks tacky not done..just take some time with sheet metal that u can "extend" the fenders in all.. Have any custom setup plans for a airtank for airride also?

well i had a aftermarket wheel, and it just looked way out of place with the dash and the rest of the interior. The rest of the interior is going to be gone over and added on.

Any other opinions on what i should do more to the dash?

Get some digital gauges. If you're completely redoing everything inside, no sense in keeping the stock cluster in there.

you have got entirely way too much time on your hands and spending it not on the right things

Not bad... I like the center design. I dont like the left and right side design at all cuz it looks un even.

Get rid of the stock cluster, its out of place. Nice steering wheel! I like it.

Keep up the work, it only will get better.

how the hell do you work on the interior like that without being able to open the doors! Mad props for that right there, let alone all the hard work going into it

does the wheel have steel reinforcing or is it all fiberglass? if its fiberglass are you worried that it might crack. i assume this is not a daily driver.

Paying customers, your wife, or maybe checking in to rehab for your addiction to glass fumes....
