and pics of the roof after you took it off by any chance Jeff?
On the other hand....you have other fingers.
I just bought a 20 inch widescreen ultrasharp flat pannel..I'm going to have to subscribe to the high quality porn places now......damn
no sorry i have not taken any pics of my car in a while, i have this one from before i put the rack on and with my old kit too..
now my car has steelies for winter and no kit only the skirts left on..
^^^^^ Such a sexy car, I wanted that wing and rear...............................
where'd you get that rack i need one to save my interior panels from my snowboard's edge
its called a SportRack.
i have the bike and ski/snowboard adaptor for it. ts basically just a cheaper Thule, I built this rack my self. I got the cross beams, bike rack, and snow board rack all separate, this roof rack also have sever different adaptors for kayak, bikes, skis, snowboards,
iam in Canada so I got it at a place called Canadian tire, which is just like a home/garden/auto store.
I think all together it only cost me like 400 for everything.
Also ever adaptor has locks on it so no one can steal stuff off your car its great I think ..
Thread resurrection!
Not a single picture still works in this thread (at least on my phone). Anyone have any decent roof rack pictures?

Sick, thanks! Any idea which car it is actually for?

Aside from those wheels and the ugly pinstrip outline on that awesome hood, that Cavalier looks pretty good.
GMR has got nothing on this
Looks cobbled and lacks any flow to me. Not even proper contrast.
I dislike that car.

Well said. Too much going on even when not much is actually there.

Lets see...the hood is a old jbo members hood that i never got fixed, the wheels i liked for a little but i am already looking for replacements. I own the 19" racing hart whores that many members befor me owned but when i n-body swapped everything i needed wheels fast. They were cheap. My car goes through changes every year. I didnt want to spray bomb the hood like the last owner did so i left it silver for a while.
Y3llowCav - the roof rack is from a mazda3 but with a cavalier fit kit. It is all thule stuff.
Car would look awesome I the whole rims were that candy purple and the silver line matched the black of the car, and I kinda like the sticker bomb lip, plus th stance is nice, tucking rims
Modding my j since I found the org

It's a fad car. Every fad in the scene stuffed into one car.
HAHA I know where that hood came from, damn thing spent a good amount of time at my house with the original owner.

I dig the rack. This would be perfect for the top secret project I have in mind.

I agree on the whole fad thing....but i like that sticker bombing and roof rack portion of it. Not so much that neon or bright color added to a car such as the rims in this case.

It may or may not help you but i was able to get all the parts for my rack on craigslist, then i just bought the vehicle specific mount kit. on my focus mine is all yakima. it's a nice rack but i lost about 4-5 mpg with it.
Nice thanks man. I'm also worried about losing mpg but if I go through with everything I'd like to do this won't be the worst factor.

Here's mine, with complimentary canoe and painted stock hubcaps lol
Baller.
I just have to say this... Straps on the body like that will eat through the paint faster than paint stripper.

Oh it did, wish I was smart enough prior to put something between them, but was rushed for time packing both times. Had small gaps between storm fronts to pack up car to go. The front bumper has massive stone chips anyways, and it could use some time in the body shop, small dents and a lot of scratches. But hey, 4th owner, not too surprised it use to be neglected.
2006 just called.....it wants it's thread back where it belongs.......buried & forgotten. ..

Good idea. Lets keep bumping it then so it goes away faster.
