J TO ENVY finally got some wheels!!!

They're 17" hyper light Nex-O PX-5s wrapped in 225/45/17 Kumho Ecsta AST tires with Wheel Max hub centric rings and McGard Spline Drive locking tuner lug nuts.





Before anyone says anything about the car needing to be lowered... it will be lowered by the end of January .


I will have more and better pictures up tomorrow, I was just way too excited not to post at least one for now .


Questions, comments, concerns, etc. are welcome and very appreciated.

I guess so . For the past month I've been working massive amounts of overtime every week so I could get them before the end of the year.

Yes, this is the wheel that was the closest match and would fit properly.


Smart a$$ ! Just kidding. Aren't you riding on KYBs and Pro Kit springs? How's the ride, etc. with that setup?

looks good!! just curious y u got the 225/45s and not the 215/45s??? and i think they would really look like the solstice rims if u got um chromed!!

Aside from a slight height unevenness front to rear (which I haven't been able to pin down... might be my sub box) the ride is great. I have no complaints whatsoever. I'm running full stiff front and rear on the AGX's (been too lazy to soften 'em after autocross season was up)

I went with the 225s because I am constantly reading on here that 225 is the size most people go with. I figured there must be a reason why the majority of people on here have 225s so I went with 225s .

I am not a fan of chrome, at least on my car. I am happy with the hyper light color.

Sounds great. I was just out staring longingly at the car and I realized how goofy it looks not being lowered, so I can wait to get it lowered so it will look even better than it does now . I guess it's more overtime for me so I can get that setup A.S.A.P .

thaks cool cuz i have had both and personally i had rubbing issues with the 225/45s and i think the 215/45s look better cuz it doesnt make the 17s look as small. just though i would let ya no.
