i had the oil pan tig welded at a local collage NCC in iowa.
They did a great job on the out side very happy with it.
Iam just wondering if miller welds the inside to?
Or will this one hold fine

Also have been working on a bazel for the past couple weeks almost done have to trim where the cd player goes and sand a lil and final paint.

Also heres a link to the other pictures of the rebuild.

All comment welcome.

Thanks,
Paul

no because the 2.3l oil pump sits lower in the pan
So in order to do the swap from the 2.4l oil pump to (2.3l no balance shaft better oiling) you need to lower the pan about and 1"

protomec

I still dont see what your talking about cutting somthing out and welding it.
Please explain??

BOOSTED or any one else that knows thats all thats needs to be done to the pan rite no cutting anything else or welding somthing??

The dash had the lil indent in the side was there when i took it off but the edges are hidden when you install it anyway.
Sense its for me i probley wont worry about it Just sand it smooth and paint it.
