you could just put a 5spd knob on there after you take the auto handle off.. my friends is done up like that and all he does is pushes down on it when he needs to.. it works just fine that way.. i'll try and post a pic tomorrow if i see him

the MOMO shift knob is w/out a doubt the best lookin auto knob

cut it down about an inch(yellow shaft and metal one), get a boot..and it looks cleannnnnnn!!

the knobs have buttons on them, they work just like stock.....it attaches with set screws on the sides which are covered by the lil chrome pieces on the bottom of the knobs....they work just like stock...you cant use manual knobs because manuals dont have the buttons...they make knows especially for auto's so you still ahve the push down....

My car may run 18s, but I can do your taxes in 10 seconds flat.
JBO lube - they would never have enough in stock and we'd never see RodimusPrime again

I Had a leather wrapped "snake head" style for an '02 sunfire that I was using, looks wicked with the shift boot and the stick shortened... Id have to dig for pics tho.

Im willing to part with it cheap if youre interested. -- and it fits the same, the pin in the 2 slits.

IMO those momo knobs and other aftermarket ones are nice, but they look like they mimic 5spd knobs too much. The knob I got fit the car and was the same color (charcoal), a bit bulky some said, but it was the best "stock looking but not quite" mod i did to my interior.

the way I suggested, yes thats exactly how you do it.. it will work you just get a boot and attach it to the boot and let the knob loose and then you can use whatever knob you can afford

dont do it like that, that is ghetto, dont leave your knob loose...get the right knob for your car and secure it properly....
