Easy guys, looking in his profile and clicking on his web page you can see he is probably in Canadia in French parts, so English just
might be his
second language or he might be using an online translator as well.

The reson the spell check does not like the word DYNO is because it is actually a short version of the real word dynomometer. Everyone just refers to them as dyno since it is shorter.
Keep working on your english and it will get better. Thanks for sharing your dyno video with us.

For future reference, drivetrain loss on a manual J is about 15%, not nearly 30% as the dyno operator would have you believe by telling you your at 175BHP with a measured 135whp. I'm not being a dick, just keeping things in perspective
135/0.85 = 159
140/0.85 = 165
So in terms of bhp (at the engine) you're at about 160hp and 165ft-lbs. Reasonable for the mods you listed right?
I don't speak a second language at all, so kudos to you for trying. Those sound like some pretty solid numbers. Looks like the eco swap was definitly worth it.
sorry oldscool I just repeat what the dyno operator said and thanks the lemur

No worries, I wasn't trying to put you down, I'm just saying if you use the conversion that the dyno operator gave you, a stock eco would dyno about 108whp, which just isnt the case, its usually in the 120-125 whp range. So yea, 15% loss for manual, and maybe 20-25% for the four speed auto.
Of course there are those that believe all eco's are underrated, which would blow my math away...
