I doubt Kevin even knows about this.

because allot of these companies are shady fly by night get the money quick type companies that some of us dont want our cars or reputation associated with.
imagine if some shady company was using your pictures of your car and then robbing people money like izntrble ended up doing, taking thousands of dollars. now imagine some guy driving thru town who just got jipped out of $700-800 and he sees your car and assumes its his car. so he decides to take a baseball bat to it. it can happen. i just prefer to not be used by someone else to sell their product.
what companies do shady or legit it doesn't matter to me use my car in a pic see if i care. if the company rips people off and my car is on there website how does that effect me, it doesn't so they ripped you off and you came to me hey company X that has your car on there website ripped me off, know what my response would be
SO What do you want me to do about it i don't work for the company they just have a picture. as for the baseball bat thing well thats what you have insurance for you could cut someone off by accident just driving down the road and they could follow you and do the same at night. really people worry about nothing if you don't want issues like that don't have a car that draws so much attention to itself.
my car way at the bank and some kid heard the fan running while the car was off and was puzzled, the fan made him look at it but think he will pick my car out of a crowd not likely its a 99 Z24 with a prokit on it anything else can't be seen

You're missing the point. But that's just you. Other people actually care, especially if it's someone who's trying to build a reputation in photography. If someone else took a photo of your car, it wouldn't matter what you say because that photo doesn't belong to you, it belongs to the photographer.
