Despite other comments, i think that is a very nice and practical upgrade. I'm actually planning on selling both of my j's to get a more practical car as well; loud, bumpy, but fast can easily be replaced by nice, quiet, and comfy.

Part of my agrees, because I'd LOVE to get myself a Volkswagen Jetta GLi Mk4 or a B5 Audi RS4.. but I know when I get the Pearl done and tuned, I'm not gonna wanna part with it.. despite being loud, bumpy, and obnoxious.

Don't get me wrong I do miss the "fun to drive aspect" of the Fire, because it was fun to flog around. Spine shattering drives around town, coupled with deafening highway driving took its toll on me. I miss it, but it was definitely something that needed to happen sooner or later. Thanks to those in support.
