don't worry about the HPT scan for passing emissions... as long as you don't have a CEL, you'll be fine. check the readiness of the emissions crap and you're fine. Freeze frames don't really count.

Only possible front lip I could think off would be a Razzi front for your car if you didn't use the Cavalier LS front lip.

I've seen a similar issue with paint codes. Had the issue with the Cav Wynn I tried to get some touch up paint a couple years ago. Gave them the paint code and paint was mixed, was the wrong color. Turns out different auto manufacturers have used some of the same paint codes and paint store don't always have the make option when mixing paint.

surprisingly doesnt even look that bad without a front lip from the side. i dig it i will have coilovers by next year for sure then the dspec/sportlines can go on the daily

Hey when I do the razzi front on my 04 fire I will let u know so u can get a little better idea of what it looks like along with the work I am putting into it I am blending the hard edge from the lip to where the bumper meets so it looks like its all once piece....
