It was only like $20 shipped. I know, it&s from eBay, but its a pretty stout unit.

I ordered like 3 of their 2.5" units. Seems built very well. Fitment is nice and tight.

I've been busy the past few days!!!! Finally was able o make it home and look at/install alot of my new parts!!!! On with the pix....

A better, high quality pic of my manifold after Jet-Hot coating, with wastegate and stainless steel studs installed.

A view of the full turbo assembly with the flange installed, and the ceramic coated housing.

I did more than just take pictures!!!! The manifold, turbine housing, and flange are all installed on the engine.

We managed to get the turbo fully installed on today. It took ALOT of bending and re-arranging of the A/C lines, and a bit of persuasion to the firewall, but it all fits!

We got the remote adjustment setup installed for my Hallman boost controller. I like where it's mounted at. Instant on the fly boost adjustment!

I still have some routing of the boost controller and cable to do, but this is the basic layout it will have when all is said and done.

There is only a few things left until it's driveable. The wastegate needs to be installed, I have to route a couple of oil and vacuum lines, and then it's ready to go to the shop for exhaust and intercooler piping!!!!

Wastegate is installed, boost controller is in it's final location, and all hard-bent vacuum/boost/oil lines are installed.

No pix, but the oil drain line is installed as well. I did a test start tonight to check everything, and there are no leaks. Now it just needs a quick wash and it's on the way to the shop for downpipe and intercooler piping. I think I am gonna go with a recirculating wastegate dump. It'll be a bit quieter, and alot cleaner look I believe.

After the piping/exhaust is done, I will be installing my Tokico suspension kit, and getting it ready for Import Face-Off on September 30! Hope to break 11's!

Thanx for all the comments! David, I blacked out the engine bay because the factory paint in our bays is never that great, and it helps to hide scratches and blemishes. I actually used the spray on undercoating to do it

More updates!!! Downpipe is just about done!!!! Fit is excellent, and it looks amazing.

Gotta love V-Band connections!

Just about all the intercooler piping is welded up. These welds look amazing!!!

3" stainless steel downpipe, and it clears the subframe!!!

And how it looks from the top. The car will be running and on the road in less than 3 days!

Why the small to large transition into the downpipe? Thought I read it was 3" Looks like 3" would fit the whole way down off the turbo...

Liking the progress for sure.

2.5" was a lot easier to get the bends needed, but I'm not worried about it. It will still flow a lot better than my old setup.
