Project 3-Tone - Removed Decals & Cleaned
Friday, March 25, 2005 12:37 PM
That's right, the topic is right. Me and my friend Bryan decided to try it out and take the decals off to see what it looks like and by looking at a photoshoped picture of it removed we decided to try it. Yesterday we took off the front windshield decal & the driver side decals and today I took off the passenger side, bought some chemicals to remove the glue and it was all set.

I am going to put a decal on the front windshield later on which will be my sponsor "Defined Parts" (<a href="http://www.definedparts.com/">www.definedparts.com</a>.

The car is cleaned and ready for your viewing...hope you guys like these pictures better:

Sorry the pictures are a tab bit blurry but it's cause of the camera I use. What you think? Better?

Actually I'm leaving the ones on the windows and might add 1 or 2 more on the back side window for my club name.

I'm still not the biggest fan of the wheels, but the black and red look MUCH better without all the white all over it!
good work

Oh thank god..... congratulations adam, in my eyes you have very much de-riced Samantha. Looks worlds better than it did with all the vinyl. I can kind of see what people are talking about with the rims but I don't think it detracts from the overall look enough to be spending more money on new wheels. Thumbs up!

Oh yeah.... i heard rumors about a wing? don't make me smack you

I still see logos on the trunk.

Still think you need black wheels

BUT... I think what you could really use would be to color-match your door handles. They stick out sorely now.

Thanks glad you like.

The wing issue...don't worry, it's not an alluminum wing that's 10 ft high. It's the RK Sport spoiler. People photoshoped it in the Image manipulation forum.

I got one already but forgot to put it on before the pictures were taken. I'll put it on the back window.

damn that looks tight, adam. only thing that would completely finish it is gunmetal rims white just clashes.

MUCH BETTER!

Looks much better without the white decals. I still feel that black or gunmetal rims would be more in line with the bottom of the car. A carbon fiber hood may also set things off a little more. The car looks good but I still am not sure about two tone on j bodies.

now you just need to remover the window decals, which i know you wont, and definitly take off that TYC sticker on the back

otherwise looks cool
