electric turbo ($30)
"chip" in your air intake sensor ($15)
Turbonator ($?)

No seriously I would agree and say intake and exhaust and maybe motor mounts so you can get your torque to the ground. Most of the time, though, horsepower and cheap don't belong in the same sentence, or you end up with the mods like I listed above.

You can find header for a decent price sometimes too, as long as you can install it yourself.

power steering is about 10 hp on a civic if you take it off i dont know if you can do it on a cavi but i dont see y not

Intake and exhaust is the only cheap mod to make a 2.2 faster, if you want more do an engine swap

might be fine on a civic with thin little tires, but sunfGts have wide tires, will make for quite a workout when turning slow

if you want to know what its like without power steering put the key in the ignition but dont start the car and try turning the wheels side to side, you will think its a lousy idea real fast
