the car is a 99 but the 2.4 motor i swaped i believe is a 98 i havent bought the ecu yet but those are a dime a dozen im not to worried i just wanna get the wires with the plugs on one end ready to plug into the various spots on the motor and trans and what have you...and the harness on the other end ready to go to the ecu thats my main worry right now.....

Since the car is a 99... I would try and find the engine bay wiring for a 99... and specifically a 99. You can remove the EGR crap from the motor then (assuming it has it... 98 did...).... the knock sensor will have to be tapped and added.... but then you don't have to worry about mating a 98 engine harness to a 99 body harness.

UPDATE: turns out its a 96 z24 motor and not a 98 afterall which isnt much difference since it still does have an egr....any ways wouldnt i be able to get a harness(which i still cant find or know where to buy new) and an ecu and just bolt up the ecu and plug in the harness and go... i mean other then motor everythign else is just about the same such as headlights, tails speedo etc... not to mention everthign in the car is non power such as windows and seats so thatrs even less wireing..
