Just like it says I downloaded the aDyno app on my droid today and tried the gps 1/4 mile feature. It said I ran a 14.46@89mph and a 60ft of 2.7 which I believe cus I had a crappy takeoff. Thats all the info I remember because then the phone rang before I saved it. I hear mixed feelings about how accurate these things are but im still content with it until I can actually go to the track.

aDyno is known to be pretty accurate. You need to know a lot of stuff about your car to get it as close as possible though.

I havnt tried any of the other features yet. Id like to find a scale to enter an accurate weight for torque and HP numbers. It seems like a neat little app.

If its accurate im very satisfied. especially since this is my throw all my spare parts together frankenmotor lol. The only things i purchased for this build purposely were a few gaskets and permatex. The ported head and oldschool cams I had laying around for a looong time and intended to sell lol. and the intake manifold was originally purchased to chop the flange off.

Seems like the mph is a little low for 14.4. I say that because it said you had a 2.7 60ft which to me doesn't add up to a 14.4. I could be completely wrong just kinda comparing some of my old slips to see how they related with yours.

^^^ agreed.
14's with 89 mph is hooking WELL.

Like i said Im not sure how accurate it is but it is making me excited to go to the track and get a real run in. Im going to run it a few more times and see if the results differ.

I agree your mph is too low for such a low 60ft. A track will tell the tale.

This has gotten my blood pumping a little. I plan on going to a real track...capitol raceway in crofton MD on Friday the 22nd for test n tune night. Then ill post some real results.

I'm gonna guess you run like a 15.0 or give or take a 0.1

I would be content with that since this engine will make it into my daily driver eventually.
