Since I'm kinda lost on this one, is this an actual car?? I've seen it twice now on my way to work. Its a blue Focus Hatchback with a pretty cool looking bodykit. It has nice rims, and a god awful spoiler on the back. I think spoilers on hatcbacks look terrible anyways. but eh. Anyways, the rear bumper has it imprinted like the Mustang, only it says "Saleen", and there is a Saleen window banner on the front windshield.

Is this an actual car, or is it someone that just did something custom and made it look cool? I knew of the Focus SVT, but not a Saleen Focus. Surprisingly enough, there is a pretty girl driving it too. We don't have many woman drivers out by me that drive modded cars, so i was like "wow?!" in complete and utter aw, lol.

Yea, on the Saleen site it says the Focus comes straight from the factory with a 75 direct shot.

If you actually read into what they are saying you will see that it is ready to support a 75 not direct hit...

If anyone has read the newest MODIFIED Magazine, there is a twin turbo Focus. I believe its the newest one.

Well Roscoe, maybe some of us don't exactly want to search for something like this. Its not like it is a modding question. Besides, it gets new people involved in the topic anyways.

Thats gay that it would come with the Nitrus and lines and what not, yet not have it covered under warranty. Thats like giving an Evo a 7 speed and saying if it goes into 7th gear it voids the warranty, lol. It makes that entire feature pointless having it not covered.

It doesnt matter if its a modding question or not. You can still search.

Now if you search for it, you will find alot of info on it. Alot of info that might not get put into this post. Jesus sorry for trying to help you out.

yep, on the Saleen Focus the car comes plumbed for the nitrous, however the bottle is empty. Filling the bottle and using the nitrous voids the warranty.

Isn't that great offer nitrous and void the warranty when used/ That is a real crock. Ford is full of it. Why offer something that is going to void the warranty. They just looking for an excuse not to work on the car.

That is ridiculous that it'd void the warranty. Seems like a total waste of money to me for what they'd want for that car. It'd probably cost a lot less to buy the car yourself and put the Nitrous in it.

i started a conversation about nitrous a long time ago.. and isn't it illegal to use on the street? I don't see how a car that came stock with nitrous would pass todays hardass emissions and safety standards.

the person u saw COULD have had a svt focus and bought a saleen body kit for it. which would be the better way to go. since the svt has 170hp
