So, 2006 Mini Cooper S Convertable, 6-speed, pretty much loaded other than navigation. Extras not found on most...two-tone leather interior and 2-piece rims. The color is Astro Black. It actaully looks like the sky at night but can't really tell in the pics.
I'll get some better pics once the weather gets a bit nicer but wanted to show it off some right now!
I love driving this thing!! I'll have to wait for the break in period to be up before really hitting it hard

Those little fudgers are soo much fun to drive. Talk about a street leagal go-cart. But the trunk (conv't), is almost none existant.

those things respond well to mods, a friend of mine has a clutch, flywheel, full exhaust and a pulley, as well as intake and is putting down like 190 whp.. crazy!

Back when the beetle was stock i got SCHOOLED by a Cooper S hardtop with nothing more than a smaller pulley, and a good set of street tires... he was popping 14.5's like nobody's business.
I love the coopers... the interior has got to be the best of any car under 40K, they handle good, they're quick.... i'd rock one if i could.

Theres some company that offered an engine package for like $3000 that really bumps up the power
I wanted the Cooper Works package but it's the wife's car and she wanted the vert more....so, you see what she got! Hell, I said get both but she didn't want it!
Thans for the comments too. She's enjoying reading them to say the least! No plans to mod the car either, she likes to just drive it and beyond that...nothing. I did at least get the LSD option added...although she didn't understand why it needed it?

That;s not saying much, my mom's van can "school" the 2.0 in my dad's Jetta
Not a huge fan of the Coopers but at least you got the S so it should be fun.
I was happy when I heard my car ran 10s. Then I found out that was 0-60.
very nice car. surprisingly, they are quite roomy inside (i'm 6'2" and had a bunch of headroom in the hardtop w/ sunroof). i personally like the verts, but i would probably buy a hardtop (in British racing green) just so i could get the Jack on the roof
