is there a bolt  plug under the oil pan like the sunfires?
 
read the owner's manual.  it should have that information in there for you.

no i think it is an 05 or 04
 
Doesn't every car have a bolt in the pan that you use to drain the oil?  I'm pretty sure they're not going to make you suck it out lol.

It doesn't have a bolt on the oil pan.. To change the oil in that car, you have to pull the engine out, and tip it upside down.. Oil changes typically cost around $1,000 or so..

I have not been able to confirm this but I heard that thats the case for the Smart car oil changes are very expensive. 
As for the altima if you really aren't sure just call a Nissan I am sure they can help you.
