Engine Swap
Saturday, July 08, 2006 11:25 PM
Well as i posted a few days ago I am restoring a 1967 olds delmont 88 with a 425 v8.
Well the engine is completely locked up so its going to be rebuilt, slowly. In the mean time I'm swapping the engine with a make due for the time being.
the engine is a 400 that came out of a 1977 olds toronado, only costed me 300 dollars with an almost brand new quadrajet 4 barrel carborator. Here's a few pic's I'll post some more when the engines totally swapped.
Pic 1:
here's what the car looked like before the teardown began this morning

Heres a pic of the car that the donor motor came out of 1977 toronado
