heres a couple real quick pics of my 2006 mitsu raider that i picked up today
6spd manual, cd, ac, tow package, extended cab, 100000mile/10yr warranty...ill get some more pics soon.
eh i dont really like it, to me its a horrible attempt at an import truck like the ridgeline and those hunk of @!#$s made by nissan.
but you obviously like it because you purchased it, and your working to own it so congrats and have fun.
It'd look alot better with different wheels.
4cyl or 6cyl?

thank goodnes you bought it. now Mitsubishi can proudly post the year-to-date sales for the Raider to 2 trucks sold in 2006.
just when they thought they had a bomb on their hands.

that needs different rims badly
fugly version of the daktoa
saw 1 on the back of a simi on its way to the dealer , and it looks all dodge under neath

Because it is the same truck built at the same plant.
I like it. Dodge firepower and mitsubishi style... almost. only the front... but the rest of it is similar to a montero.(Wish i had one)

6cyl....they didnt make 4s...just 6/8...and i can see why you guys wouldnt like it...but im okay with that...its fun to drive being a 6spd...
Lol its the new DSM.
Good luck w/ the truck. 6 speeds are good fun.

Its a new Durango with different styling and a WAY nicer interior....
Kyle pull your head out of your ass... at least try knowing what you are talking about... otherwise you just look like an idiot.
Oh wait... you dont just look like one...

Maybe Im just pissed, pissed that my freinds are spineless, What else would you
call abandoment some night, when you're in a fight, and they could make things right?
Spineless. I miss some of my old friends, the ones who you could count on,
bet a huge amount on, the fact that they'd always have your back... Its like a kick in
the sack, just knowing, you've got nothing to fall back on. @!#$ this, Im done.
And to call those nissan trucks POS seems a little off....id beg to differ. Im not just biased because i work for nissan, i do drive a domestic now. But the Frontiers and Titans are awesome trucks. We regularly get people trading in their rams, dakotas, f150s, and silverados for them. Now im not saying any of those trucks are bad, because they arent. They are all very decent trucks.
Just gotta pull your head out of your a$$ and realize that just because its japanese, doesnt make it junk.

"Custom cars, custom problems."-me
the thing i dont like is it seems the front sticks out for like a mile
but i like the color, and its basically a dodge anyways

oh man your right, i have no clue what im talking about when it comes to my own opinions do i????? man o man, maybe i should just start telling people your opinions as my own???
(nice job at looking like a @!#$ idiot).....
i drove a dakota, silverado, ram, f150 and this...i like this the best of all of them...the interior is clean and nice. 6spd manual...towing capacity with the rest the midsize trucks, handles like a dream...drives smoother than any of them...and has a 10 yr 100000 mile warrenty drivetrain, bumper to bumper.
not to mention the free UNLIMITED carwashes for the rest of the trucks life!! hehe.
heres a shop that a guy did for me...
too bad i really dont like lowered trucks..
Not too shabby looking at all. The Raiders are growing on me. I like the Dakotas better, but you can't beat Mitsu upping the warranty on a Dodge product!! Deff. get some better rims on it, and you'll be all set.
I'm in the market for a truck myself. Mind if I ask how much you paid?

check your PMs...
and mitsubishi has been makin the drivetrains for the dakotas forever...dodge has just been puttin them in a dodge body...so really dakotas have the reliabilty of a mitsubishi...

Did you drive the Tacoma? Tacoma's rock.

Sold 2/2/05
Not my cup of tea.
I think it's styling is a bastard child of an Evo IX or Eclipse getting pounded by a Dakota... sans lubrication
Seriously though, I'm glad you like it. Is it a manual 6? If so, is it still a huge throw to go from gear to gear?

If you don't like lowered trucks and the truck is built on the dakota chassis, lifter her on up
There area couple kits out there going for good prices and you can fit 33's underneath.
Have a good one,
Justin
its going up...and it is a 6spd manual...but the throw really isnt that bad for a truck...my dads sonoma was longer i think...or it feels like it was...

to my knowledge, or what i have been told, nissan and toyota make some of the best trucks
i was told by a couple truck buddies...so who knows
