Today i took my truck to have the windshield replaced through my insurance company. I just picked my truck up and they broke my antenna, which they admitted to and are fixing. they also chipped the paint on the top of both of my fenders while either taking the old one out or putting the new one in. I wouldnt have noticed right away but i went out to rain-x it when i got home. i also noticed some of the molding on one side isnt in all the way. tomorrow when i go back to get the antenna fixed what do i say about the rest. I tend to have a hot temper, i just want to know what my recourse would be.

Be up front with the guys and don't lose your temper. If you just talk strait up with a lot of guys, they will take care of you. If you show up all steamed, you might not get the answer you were looking for. If they don't take care of you after you were reasonable, then it's ok to get a littled pissed off. Just don't over due it. Try taking care of it on the lowest level and work your way up management. The longer you keep your cool, the better though. Good luck with that.
