So if any of you tire/wheel experts can lend me some of your advice.......please do! I have a 2007 FJ Cruiser all of the sites only go up to a 9.5 inch wide rim...can I go 10inches wide? What will this effect if anything? Also I found some wheels that are the correct bolt pattern 6X139.7 (6X5.5) But the website said that the offset range was -4 to 20 and these wheels are 10 inches wide and the offset is 25. is that little of a differance going to hurt anything? Will this cause the wheel to stick out more or set in further? Would you recommend getting them? The OEM front tire size is 265/70/17 265X803mm. If any of you experts can give me some advice that would greatly appreciated!! Thanks
John
Sweet I like the FJ Cruisers. Not sure of your question though. You should join
Yotatech.com. They have a subforum devoted to the FJ Cruiser on there. I'm on there since I have an '88 Yota pickup.

Just drive it off a cliff. It's beyond ugly. If you actually like the way it looks, do us all a favor and don't jump out when you drive it off a cliff.
I thought Honda had a loser on its hands when they made the Element, but it took Toyota to finally make a vehicle that is uglier then the Aztek.
^^ You just haven't seen any that aren't stock. There are already some that look bad ass:

I actually like the FJ Cruiser.
i dont like how the rear tails stick out
but otherwise, its alright
bob is just a bitch, dont mind him
there's a reason the new FJ looks the way it does:
Actually I own both an element and an FJ Cruiser now!!

Guess I need to drive both of them off a cliff, the good thing about it is that after I hit bottom I can climb back out with my FJ.......................try that with your pontiac???

, Bob.
Anyway, people really don't know much about these things yet I have already checked a few forums and can't find out anything on the offset I'm looking for. The basic question I had was if the offset is supposed to be 20 and the wheels I want are 25 will I have any issues with the wheels sticking out or hitting brakes??? Thanks for your comments guys.
same bolt pattern as a colorado i think, check into those rims if its true
women are like cars you have to test drive the new one before you trade in the old one
The FJ Cruiser shares the 4Runner platform...if i remember correctly. So pretty much anything that a 4Runner can use the FJ can. I also like them...they are like a tougher, more efficient, more off-road worthy, better built, and reliable Hummer.
I'd monster truck over Bobs Goat on my way over the cliff...then winch my way back up and run it over again.

LOL....well we all have different opinions and needs when it comes to vehicles. This is the one for me and I love it!
URBAN--- thanks for the advice....i'll deff check into that! Why does the aftermarket make such wide wheels so common if the ride quality suffers??
