I'm not sure how old the magazine was but I was at the doctors office with the wpman today and I was loking through a motor trend. They had a virtual comparasion with the new camaro and mustang. It was realistc simulator. I kinda paged through it but V6 vs. V6 camaro won. Z28 vs. Boss 330 camaro won, and ZL1 vs. some uber stang camaro won.

they had 1/4 mile, figure 8 race track, acceleration, ect..

obviously its not ognna be 100% accurate, they flat out said then numbers will vary with the biggest variable being the grip of the tires on each.

Just thought it was coll and figured I'd share, anyone else see that?

I agree, I would much rather see real world number not computer simulation but at the same time I thought it was preaty cool they actually did that. Thats the first time I'm seen a theoretical virtual comparasion

they played on some weird program so not sure it'll work for everyone, and it was a little choppy/slow on my computer, but it tells you the average speed and times for both cars so you can get a better idea of it

Was it where they did like a mock up with the maker of Gran Turismo? I read that a while ago. Pretty cool, but yeah, gotta see the real thing.
