i @#%$ my self watching the f-1 car......damn!!!!
psssh my cav does that kind of launch at the strip all the time.
I would give my first born son to try the F1 racing thing.
Too bad its not even a Formula 1 car, its a Formula 3000 car. Believe it or not there is a slight difference.
Formula 3000:
3.0L V6 (350bhp) - Any 90 degree V8 engine fitted with a rev limiter to keep power output limited
Formula 1 (2006 Season)
2.4L V8 - 800bhp @ nearly 20,000 rpm
I'm pretty sure a Formula 1 car would literally fly through those roads like theres no tomorrow.
call it what you want you would @!#$ yourself going for a ride along (if there was another seat) hahahah
if it was roads i knew well and i was very comfortable with the car, i wouldnt @!#$ myself
the roads would hafta be closed off of course
Those are some of the safest cars to crash in. Still that is why you run practice laps.
Ill do ALMS for a while before I would step up to something like F1

But not with overhangs, an f1 when airbourn is horrible and will most likely kill you.
With an F1 car its essentially it can go as fast as you can. Mad downforce. Anyone else notice the sparks on the guardrail?
If you lose that downforce tho, your toast!
