that is @!#$ sexy
too bad you will prob have to pay 100k to get your hands on one seeing as how the 07s are going in bidding wars at dealers for mid 50s now

Rodimus, one would be lucky to find a GT500 going for mid 50s...hell most Shelby GTs (not GT500s) are going for near 60K...in the price range of the Shelby GT500. Matter of fact at my local Ford dealer they have a Shelby GT on the lot for 58K and a GT500 for 62K...ridiculous in my opinion.
As much as I am a Mustang nut...if I had 100K to splurge I'd still wait for the forthcoming Corvette (SS/Blue Devil/Stingray or whatever the new codename for it is). I bet it'll still run circles around the Shelby Super Snake.
Much a-do about nothing... Call me crazy, but more junk on the car makes it look cheap.
The rims are the exclusion: they're awesome.
Just my humble opinion, Shelby is watering down the marque.

wtf?
the only things i see on there are styling cues from early shelby's
i do not see anything that looks thrown on in that pic
So that's what "SS" stands for.. haha..
It's sexy as hell, but way overpriced if you ask me..

I disagree..I don't think the rims look good at all on there..but I love the body styling

That's what I mean... The whole retro thing is fine, but in this case it looks put on to me. I wasn't a fan of the elder Shelby's (68+ 350s 70 GT500s) and thats what this looks like it wants to be.
Doesn't grab me in the right way.
If it were more like the 65-67 G350's or even GT500's (with the longer reach between the end of the hoods and the scoops) I'd like it better, but this bit of kit looks old and lumpy. I will give it that the running gear is pretty damned awesome though.
hmmm, id say no....looks like some body kit company got a hold of it and went to town. And how many different ones do they need??? Plus if thats the real HP they are gonna push why is it only coming with 275s in the rear!?!? If i had 100K and HAD to have a mustang, id buy a GT and use the other $70K to far surpass that thing.

it does look more like a 68, which most people think look better
but i suppose you are entitled to your opinion, even if you are GAM and its wrong
LAWL...
I'm not a mustang fan to begin with, but once 1968 rolled around, the Shelby package became less about going fast, and more about looking moneyed.
That artist's rendering sure does look awful busy. The GT500 looks much cleaner.
