GO PATS!!!
If you're doing it for the appearance of the engine bay or the "Look, my wife has an intake!" factor, go ahead, but the 2AZ-FE has typically not responded well to "breathing" modifications. Most tC owners typically don't see 15 HP off of I/H/E; what this means for the Camry, I don't know, but don't expect anything but a cooler sound.
Irregardless, I wouldn't touch that eBay link you posted with a 38 foot pole. It's nothing but a piece of flexible piping with a cone filter; you could put that together for under $10.

Did the 2.2ohv see 15hp increase with those mods?

Why even waste your time?
That intake on Ebay is junk, plain and simple.
You get what you pay for. I live by this saying, if you want a nice intake.. spend some money. If you don't to spend much money for an intake, you will just waste your money on the cheap one that you buy because it won't do you any good other than it might "look good." And buying something that should make it perform better, solely for looks is retarded as hell.

Toyota 2AZ-FE 2.4L, not GM LD9 2.4L.

I think this intake is missing a "Powered by Home Hepot" sticker on it.
