I have a problem with how the frame is cut. A "step cut" would be stronger.

I reread my other post, and it is a little confusing to even me, lol.
To clarify, it is not a DT466. It is an international built Navistar 7.3. It came from a mini bus.

How about the wheel choice
We needed to make it easy to maneuver and less tall to fit in the workspace we had available in our shop, so we kept part of the stock frame under it with a set of casters and good to go for now.

Well owning a 1977 international sch bus my self that original engine clearly is a 345 v8 with two barrell. My bus has that and is torque galore and its a automatic. The down side is it dropped a bearing couple yrs ago and need to rebuild it.Cool as IH regardless.I have like six manuals HUGE with stuff all on IH copied about pretty much anything to do with loadstar equip. All this came from a company that copied every page for me and use for the chassis and eng, brake etc on my bus.It cost me a pretty penny back in 95.If u need something just ask.It prolly is in one of my 6 3inch binding note books I have.Loadstar kicks azz
I'm interested to see where it goes.

This could turn out interesting........staying tuned for updates.
If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.
That bus interior is KILLER.

Laying out the frame rails. The majority is done at my brothers work- 600v welders and proper layout tables
Then brought back to the shop to be finshed up. Heres the start of them.
