No worries . I'm used to it. I've been experiencing this since I joined here in 2002 .

Well, I removed the PlastiDip last weekend. The black wheels just weren't my style.

My mom would be the one to want purple wheels on her Vibe since it's her favorite color !

Realistically, I may give the PlastiDip True Metallics Aluminum a try early next year after I get new tires. I'm thinking a nice silver wheel would be much more my style while still changing the look of the exterior a bit. We shall see...

I always assumed that plastidip was used by people just to peel it off later if they didn't like the color.

I miss my Cavalier, even if it made 100 hp on a cold day and had more suspension then it deserved.

I always thought if someone were to turbo one of these it would be really cool and probably surprise a lot of people.

I'm sure that would be pretty badass! Unfortunately, I don't have the desire, the know-how or the money to tackle something like that...

Independent fog lights, meaning you can turn them on without having your headlights on? How did you do this?

Yes! I can have just the fog lights, parking lights and fog lights, low beams and fog lights (obviously) and even high beams and fog lights! There's a few different methods. I went with the easiest and least invasive one (option #1). I did this way back in 2009 and have had zero issues. It's definitely been one of my favorite "mods"!

And since I'm here...

This happened earlier today...

I just tried this and now my fog lights aren't working at all how exactly did you splice and ground it? I just cut it and put electrical tape on it.

LOL! Glad you got it figured out Mark ! So, I take it you have a Vibe?!

[quote=97cavie24ls(™)]wow , you still have it and its still very clean
Yep ! It will be 8 years old in a couple weeks (November 17th) and then in April, it will be 9 years that I've had it. It still looks and feels like a new car! It's my pride and joy and has been an amazing vehicle thus far!
