nic car me and my brother test drove one b4 and did all that on dry roads..it was fun car handels really good in the twistys..i think the one we drove was an 04 or 05 tho..fun car none the less but i wouldnt pay what they want for it...id still rather have the TA

Don't theynhave oil cooling probs? Or is that the regular Gti that that's present on. But yea man those are hot cars, not a dream car, but deffinately a car you would have to barely mod to be happy with. I like how that guy went back to stock Gti wheels for the slower look but that's one of the things I liked about the R32.......either way a sick track car with stock components and upgraded wheels and maybe minor brake work.......

Anyway, totally an awesome car, want one bad but for 35000, it is kind of a stretch for me. But hopefilly when the new R34 comes out, that i will be able to get a hold of one. Hopefully. Sweet car thoght otherwise.

1997!!! It didn't exactly drip on my fuse box, but it did trickle down my left leg. What a piece of @!#$ car that was.

darkstars: thank god i dont have to worry about mine....new weatherstripping ,floor pans , paint job , rebuilt 1776cc engine ...and on top of that it stays parked in my doulbe car garage beside my cavy....neither sees rain so i guess that leaves me out the equation.

My 59 beetle has no leaks and still has all the original weatherstripping, it even has the raptop sunroof and no leaks. Let me know how your cavaliers doing in 47 years....

I like aircooled vw's, but I wouldn't own a watercooled one. Well maybe an old corrado vr6
