i have the dealers logo on the trunk lid. i want it gone, but im not sure how i would do it. the same was i removed the rear bow tie? i dont want to destroy my paint. so any suggestions/answers would be great.
sorry about the double post my comp froze after the first time so i hit it again, mod delete the other one or lock it up.
You could try using a heat gun and peeling it off very slowly. Or if that idea is no good try looking for a product that will take it off without damaging the paint, I'm sure there's one out there.
the dealer logo i had was not a decal it was some plastic piece of crap and i just went and pulled it off with my fingers and then rubbed the glue stuff off with my thumbs.
dealer emblems are just stuck on with either double sided tape or some similar emblem adhesive. should come off just like your regular emblems.

yep.. heat gun, goo gone, and some rubbing, gone.
same wit the stuckon bowties... most emblems or decals are the same. SOME emblems are held in with clips from behind, leavin two little holes behind.. but I'm pretty sure thats all older cars .. nowadays cheaper the better... so they are stuck on.
